3. Purposes of personal data processing, relating legal basis and storage periods

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

4. Optionality of personal data provision

Apart from the foregoing specifications about navigation data, data subjects are free to provide personal data in the website’s request forms, for example when requesting the sending of information material, of newsletters or of notifications and/or replies to the requests sent through the website. The withholding of the data may imply the impossibility of obtaining the service requested. Data provision is optional for the sending of commercial notifications and offers. Refusal will not prejudice the provision of the other services. The data subject may object to processing at any time, even after giving consent for commercial purposes, by sending a request to the Data Controller via e-mail to info@trentinosviluppo.it.


5. Categories of personal data recipients

The data subject’s personal data will be accessed by and therefore made known only to subjects authorised by the Data Controller, limited to the data necessary for carrying out their tasks.
Without prejudice to the notifications sent in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, all of the data collected and processed may be released only for the purposes specified above to:

  • Subjects authorised by the Data Controller (employees, trainees and consultants);
  • Data Processors and/or independent contractors of the Data Controller (e.g.: legal counsel, accountants, IT technicians, suppliers of services linked to the website activities, etc.);
  • Public and private subjects to whom the data must be sent for legal or regulation purposes;
  • Subjects performing activities functional to the performance of contracts or services requested by the data subject, who in some cases may process the data in their capacity as autonomous data controllers.

6. Storage and transfer of personal data abroad

The data may be transferred abroad only if the Data Controller decides to avail itself of IT services (website, electronic mail, cloud computing, e-mail direct marketing) run by suppliers residing in countries outside the European Union or that use servers located in foreign countries.
The Data Controller will transfer the data only to recipients offering adequate levels of data protection. In these cases, this will be done based on contract clauses or contract agreements that ensure protection in line with the European standards, or based on decisions of adequacy concerning the recipient country.


7. Data subject’s rights

As per articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to exercise the rights indicated therein, and in particular the following:

  • Right of access – Obtain confirmation regarding whether your personal data are being processed or not and, if they are, obtain pertinent information, and in particular: the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data concerned and their storage period, the recipients to whom the personal data may be disclosed (Article 15, GDPR);
  • Right to rectification – Obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the integration of incomplete personal data (Article 16, GDPR);
  • Right to erasure – Obtain, without undue delay, the erasure of personal data concerning you on the grounds indicated in the GDPR (Article 17, GDPR);
  • Right to restriction of processing – Obtain from the Co-Controllers the restriction of processing on the grounds indicated in the GDPR (Article 18, GDPR);
  • Right to data portability – Receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning you as provided to the Co-Controllers, as well as to transmit those data to another Controller without hindrance, on the grounds indicated in the GDPR (Article 20, GDPR);
  • Right to object – Object to the processing of your personal data unless the Co-Controllers demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing (Article 21, GDPR);
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.
